Matthew is from #Widnes in #Cheshire, and began training in theatre at The Elliott-Clarke School in #Liverpool, and then at @birdcollegeuk#Kent, graduating with a BA(Hons) degree in #Dance and #Theatre#Performance.
After graduating, Matthew began working in the theatre, and has performed in musicals Funny Girl, 42nd Street, Guys and Dolls, Kiss Me Kate, as well as pantomime, and has appeared as a dancer in #film and #TVfor the past 13 years.
Alongside his performing career, Matthew has worked extensively as a #ballet pianist, #audition pianist and rehearsal pianist in London and abroad.
